Cancellation Policy
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription to NextMind Digital or AIToolHub services at any time. Cancellation is easy and can be done directly from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
2. When Cancellation Takes Effect
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have access to all features until the period ends
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- Automatic renewal will be disabled
3. How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:
- Account Dashboard: Navigate to your subscription settings and click "Cancel Subscription"
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@nextminddigital.com
- Support: Contact our support team directly
4. Data Retention
After cancellation:
- Your account data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate
- Provider listings on AIToolHub will be unpublished immediately upon subscription end
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
- You may request immediate data deletion by contacting support
5. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your subscription after cancellation:
- Within 30 days: Your previous data and settings will be restored
- After 30 days: You will need to set up your account and listings again
6. No Partial Refunds
We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access until the end of your paid period, but no refund will be issued for remaining days.
7. Free Plan Users
Free plan users can delete their account at any time through account settings. Free listings will be removed immediately upon account deletion.
