    NextMind Digital and AIToolHub offer subscription-based services billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund terms.

    Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase if:

    • You have not used the core features of the service
    • The service did not function as described
    • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the service

    3. Non-Refundable Items

    The following are not eligible for refunds:

    • Subscription fees after the 7-day period
    • Partial month charges after cancellation
    • Services that have been fully utilized
    • Renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date)

    AIToolHub is a listing and lead platform. Any payments made directly between clients and providers outside of our platform are not covered by this refund policy. Such transactions are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
