    By accessing or using services provided by Next Mind Digital Artificial Intelligence Developing Services, including nextminddigital.com and AIToolHub (aitoolhub.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

    2. Description of Services

    NextMind Digital provides AI consulting and digital transformation services.
    AIToolHub is a listing and lead platform that connects AI tool providers with potential clients.

    Important: AIToolHub is a listing and lead platform only. We do not process payments between clients and providers, and we do not facilitate payouts. Any service or product payments happen directly between the client and the provider.

    3. User Accounts

    To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

    4. Subscription and Payments

    For paid services:

    • Subscriptions are billed monthly
    • Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle
    • Prices may change with 30 days notice
    • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period

    5. Provider Responsibilities (AIToolHub)

    Providers listed on AIToolHub agree to:

    • Provide accurate listing information
    • Respond professionally to client inquiries
    • Handle all client transactions independently and lawfully
    • Not misrepresent services or capabilities

    6. Client Responsibilities (AIToolHub)

    Clients using AIToolHub agree to:

    • Conduct due diligence on providers
    • Negotiate and pay providers directly
    • Understand that NextMind Digital is not party to client-provider agreements

    7. Prohibited Uses

    You may not:

    • Use our services for illegal purposes
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Submit false or misleading information
    • Harass other users
    • Scrape or harvest data without permission

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextMind Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including any transactions between clients and providers on AIToolHub.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.

    10. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
